Returns

PIC & PAY takes pride in its quality and craftsmanship. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn or defective merchandise. To obtain a refund, exchange merchandise or claim a damage via mail:

First obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from PIC & PAY either by telephone at 1-626-369-8888 or via e-mail at

customerservice@PICNPAY.com.

Once you have obtained a RMA number please use the adhesive shipping label attached to your packing list enclosed in your original shipping package to return your item to the appropriate location. Please be sure to indicate the “reason for return” on the Return/Exchange form attached to this label.

Returned merchandise will be accepted for an exchange or credit back to the same form of original payment (excluding shipping charges) if the following guidelines are met:

• merchandise is received within 30 days of purchase
• merchandise is unworn
• merchandise is in its original packaging
• merchandise is accompanied by the original receipt or packing list

*Please note damaged/defective merchandise will be reviewed by our quality and production experts for credit consideration. Upon approval, credit will be issued.
